Previous iPhone design was not 3G iPhone

Previously showed black iPhone picture was not a fake, but were same old iPhone, but with matt black back. It's called CITIZEN:Citizen ccPhone.

Tobias Wong has designed the CITIZEN:Citizen ccPhone, an iPhone variant sporting a matt black back, custom screen artwork and icons, and a biannually-updated CITIZEN:Citizen personal address book presented in vCard format.
